Useless real drama returning the car so annoying incurring cost for international phone calls from my phone as the office was closed and had to return to another location that would have been fine if they had bothered to contact me I mean they had ALL MY CONTACT DETAILS USELESS will never use again they simply don’t care

The treatment was perfect, they provided higher class car than reserved, car is brand new nd very clean, the only problem the the deposit amount will take more 20 days to return, which is too much, traffic report can be received within 5 days max!!

Staff could’ve been more helpful by opening the door when they can see I'm trying to push a trolley & my wife’s pushing a baby pram. Car wasn’t cleaned either & we had to ask for water when previous rental companies in Dubai provide these without asking

Pick up location if you are coming from terminal 3 with family and kid is very inconvenient. It should mention terminal while booking.

Only issue was car read low tyre pressure on pick-up. i had to get the tyres pumped up when stopped at a fuel station. Hertz did not honour the EasyCar value, and had me pay a larger number. The original number they quoted was excessive, and was a holiday changer. Thankfully they released the car to me at a better rate, but still more than agreed in the EasyCar terms.

The pickup counter is at T3 DXB Airport. T1 is temporarily closed and if you arrive at T2 like I did, then you need to get to T3 yourself.

I was not provided with the 'guaranteed car I booked' instead it was a lower spec similar sized car. Had to pay the Hidden cost of airport parking! Have not received my security deposit back yet, which instead of Holding on my credit card, they actually deducted. Now when it has been 3 weeks and I have asked for it back, they are making up excuses that Dubai is in Lockdown. Whereas the newspapers are stating the malls are open, just for a few hours less. Furthermore refund is meant to be an online process Anyways! He even took pictures of my credit card and passport with his personal mobile phone, and showed me that he had done the same for other customers.

A charge was charged to my credit card after car is returned. I sent an email to obtain charge breakdown but haven’t heard anything back. I expected that there would be an email of charge breakdown before credit card charges.

The man at the counter claimed I ordered a car at terminal 1 but the voucher was clear from at terminal 2. He said he didn't have a car and that he would lend us a bigger but surcharge. We said that we didn't want the car we ordered. Then he called somewhere and suddenly the car was ready. Instead of a Toyota two door it was Nisan Suny but it was ok. Be careful not to be persuaded to another car.

Perfect driver attitude but arrived at the desk and the guy not there, an hour later looking for him, no apology whatsoever, makes life even more difficult no customer service skills available! Worst experience at a rental front desk, when checking the car, the driver lovely guy he knew i was frustrated so he was trying to keep things calm.

They charge my husband Credit Card Extra 50 Dirham without any legal reason or they refused to give us the car if we didn't pay this extra charges !? Really very bad attitude using the Filipino Receptionist !!

They charge me full insurance because which I pay for it (full insurance at your website) it's yours and I have to collect any damage from you so they book 4k D then I told them no I need also from you full insurance therefore I pay 336 D addition.
