We first received an old and damaged vehicle. We had to pump up the back tire twice. So we called Europcar to make them aware of the issues. They provided us with a new car which was almost brand new. So great way to pick up the complaint! Thanks for the good service!

The vehicle we ordered for 6 adults and baggage was not available and a suitable replacement was not available. We ended up with having to take a 5 passenger vehicle which was not safe or legal. Nothing was provided for our inconvenience.

The car that we were given has Not open trunck system from the inside, also they should refound the exedent of fill gasoline.
