COUNTER: Proceed to the Budget counter in the baggage claim area. Courtesy bus service is available between the airport terminal (outside the baggage claim area) and the Budget car rental lot.Time allowed for bus ride: 5 minutes. Walking Distance from bus exit to car lot: 50 feet. CARS: Must take 5 Minute shuttle ride to Budget office. RETURNS: From I-45, take the Broadway/Hobby Airport exit. Turn south on Broadway & look for the Hobby Airport exit ramp. Follow Car Rental Return signs to lead to the Budget facility. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Available. Park & lock the car. Place the completed contract & the keys in the key drop box. NOTE: Shuttle service to the airport terminal is not available when the location is closed.

I would like for the Bus Sharon Mayberry bus driver she went above to accommodate us my brother is totally a disabled senior. She parked one van and came right back with a van with a lift for my brother! I shared this experience with family and friends, will use again!AND THE NICE GIRL AT COUNTER I FORGOT HER NAME...tHEY ROCK she was very fast and efficient goy long line down!

Dislike: Long wait time: took nearly 2 hrs from checking out the vehicle at the Houston Hobby airport to the shuttle bus to having an available vehicle before drive-out.

The car was filthy on the inside, sticky surfaces and stains, like it hadn’t been cleaned for a year internally. There were also a lot of scratches and damage to the outside of the car. In addition the drive seat speaker was split which made it impossible to listen to any audio on my 4 hour drive - frustrating! None of these faults were mentioned when I picked it up.
