Alamo will provide a shuttle bus to our location. Should you arrive at Terminal A you can take an Alamo bus from the consolidated shuttle bus pick up area in front of the terminal.

Valued customer, starting Tuesday 11/15/2016 due to the extensive renovations being made to the airport, rental car shuttles will no longer be able to pick up customers at the terminals. If you arrive at terminal B, C or D you will take the Port Authority PURPLE Bus. This bus will drop you off at an airport parking lot on the corner of 94th Street and 23rd Avenue. National will provide a shuttle bus to our location. Should you arrive at Terminal A you can take an National bus from the consolidated shuttle bus pick up area in front of the terminal.

Shuttle to rental counter and cars.【Tips】 LaGuardia Airport (LGA) is currently under major construction. Upon arrival, please proceed to the upper level, which is the level above baggage claim. At the upper-level shuttle area, you should take the Port Authority bus service. This bus will take you to the Marine Terminal where you should transfer to the Budget shuttle that will then take you to our rental location.

AIRLINE PASSENGERS - Exit terminal & proceed to Rental Car Bus Stop area. Please note in terminal B, this is on the upper level. Starting on the 15th of November, LGA will be moving to a consolidated bussing plan. All customers from any terminal except the Marine Air Terminal (Terminal A) will get on a Port Authority Bus labeled "Red/Blue Route" which will then take them to a common bus stop at the Marine Air Terminal (Terminal A). The customer will then have to walk through the Marine Air Terminal Lobby and proceed to cross the street to the rental car common Bus waiting area. Avis customers will proceed to the Avis shuttle bus; which will then take customers directly to Car Rental Facility. Upon arrival all customers will proceed to the Avis counter. WALK-UP RENTERS/LOCAL RENTERS - Follow airport signs for Rental Car Return. They will lead to the Avis Vehicle rental lot. Proceed inside to the counter VEHICLES: Located approx 1 mile from the airport at the Car Rental Facility.

The Dollar phone representatives were extremely unhelpful. They told me that I could return the car early and receive a pro-rated rate and when I arrived at the counter, I was told otherwise. I ended up returning the car early and paying the full amount. When at that point, I attempted to keep the car, per the original agreement, the counter representative become hostile and verbally abusive.

Good friendly service - although the place was a little hard to find. Vehicle was excellent. We used it for a shopping trip up to woodbury common - plenty of space for all of us and all our shopping.

The car was ok just way to low the associate at the counter was not friendly at all the price had increased by about 2 dollars and all she said it that the company I dealt with dont know what they are doing and that what she quoted was what had to be paid if i wanted the rental. not sure If I would do this again

When I arrived on time to pick up my rental, Advantage did not have any cars. Instead I was told that there was a two hour "waiting list" and that they would call me when a car was available. The staff was nice during what I'm sure was a frustrating day for them, but ultimately Advantage failed at the one thing I counted on them to do: give me a car that I had reserved (and prepaid for!).

In the contract, it's highly important to arrive at my pick up time on time. I actually got to the place a few minutes early and the staff informed they had no cars available and there were 5 people in front of me waiting on a car. I was offered no compensation for their overbooking and I was not informed that if you leave the state of New York, you MUSt pay a toll to get back in to the state (I opted to not get a toll tag because I had not planned to use the toll on my journeys from NY to NJ and back). The vehicle felt like it had not be serviced in a while as the brakes on the vehicle did not respond as quickly as they should. I would not recommend Advantage to anyone, even if they are the cheapest, which seems to be because they do not service their vehicles and overbook.
