Very friendly people at the counter as in the shuttle picking you up from the Air port. Seat in the car not great but that was probably the model of the car. When checking the car the marked all damages on the car before rental very easy, no hussle like you can have normally when renting a car. I will use them again when visiting Canada, good price-quality ratio. And no upselling or other stupid things at the counter, just picking up the car you booked, very nice experience:)

Good website that helped find a well priced car and good low priced insurance with it.

Car was very dirty inside and out and this was a disappointment for me. There was food remnants on the seats inside. Outside windscreens were very dirty as well and vision was difficult as a result - front and back. On questioning the staff at Budget Jerusalem when picking up car I was informed that they didnt' have time to clean the vehicle.

Very impressed by the service. Car was nearly brand new and very good condition and smooth drive. Deposit was immediately refunded after car was returned.

The car was a larger SUV than expected and was beneficially also a hybrid also, these were both excellent benefits.

QEEQ got me an excellent price for this booking that even was further discounted through the Diamond membership.

Euro car isn’t at the airport. And doesn’t have a service desk. Attendant got annoyed when we called to request the car. Then double charged us on pick up. Wasn’t at the offsite address at drop off. And instructed us to leave vehicle at the airport carpark with the keys in it. After sending pictures to agency. For confirmation about receipt of undamaged vehicle Still no response. And no refund for deposit of $800 fjd. We hire exclusively thru europcar. Both personally and professionally. Untill now Car stank. And wasn’t clean. ( I believe was an overflow car)

Not really QEEQ fault. But wasn’t the best experience not being able to amend the booking without Calling. Just a small Gripe

Pre-ordered baby seat wasn’t in car at pickup, had to drive 30 min to another Hertz outlet to pick it up. Very annoying.

Pick up at Brisbane airport was not available, had to go back to airport and queue for taxi. Cost was reimbursed which was OK. After leaving Jucy Depot discovered that vehicle was almost empty of fuel. Sent details and photo to Jucy, advised Cairns Depot on dropoff of situation. Still charged for fillup ($146), still awaiting refund!

Hit rent a car didn’t receive payment after 5-6 days I wasn’t happy about waiting this reason at airports with 2 under 5 years old children staff was helpful no problem

I had to wait and call twice for the operator at desk, because empty

Poco flexible para efectuar cambios. No pudimos cambiar el horario de recogida ni el lugar de recogida. Era simple y facil pero no les dio la gana de facilitarnos lo que pediamos.

Hicimos lo que inica QEEQ nos pusimos en contacto del Ilha Verde pero no sirvio para nada. La posibildad de cambio que comentan en la reserva no se puede hacer con Ilha Verde. Estan totalmente cerrados. A pesar que lo hicimos con tiempo. Una lástima
