Please be advised, given your upcoming reservation with National at the Syracuse International Airport, our rental car counters have been relocated. For rental pick-ups, please proceed to Terminal A on the second floor of the terminal. Best practice would be to proceed to the Rental Car counters, then retrieve your baggage. For rental returns, please follow signs to rental car return. For after hour drops, there will be drop boxes located in the return area of the Rental Car Return lot. Was informed that there is an easy pass device in the car and ended not having one. Resulted me walking back and forth within the terminal and the hiring desk couple of times. Staff servicing was not what I preferred.

Like: I liked that I was kept up to date and notified when a lower price was available. Also, this was the best price for a car rental.

Like: The price and convenience of pick up at the Airport.
Dislike: Airport's major structural improvements made it confusing where to check in to pick up the car. Airport signage was not obvious about where the rental car counters were located. Drop off was perfect as ever!
