I was expecting the smallest car, but had what I'd describe as a small SUV. It was easy to navigate city streets, roomy for my purposes and comfortable. Pick up and drop off were easy.

Car adequate Serivice good Car NOT provide with full tank. Actually Empty Shortage of gas locally meant a stressful 45 mins after pick up looking for a gas station. This was not acceptable after a transatlantic flight with 5 tired people

No me la quisieron aceptar porque insistieron que co pasaporte Mexicano tenían que poner información de la visa. Les expliqué que esa era mi visa pero no me quisieron aceptar la documentación y no me entregaron el carro.

The vehicle was not fit for rental, for the whole 500 mile journey the air bag alarm kept going off, very worrying when you past 2 fatal accidents. I reported this to Alamo / enterprise, but I’ve heard nothing back from them, which I find exceptionally bad.
